As if a doctor had said a diagnosis.
Over 20 years ago a prophetic evangelist prayed for me.
You are sensitive and you get depressed easily.
The diagnosis really fit to me.
- Many times little obstacles had grown to mountains in my mind.
- A mild breeze in a spiritual realm sounds as if a storm which may sweep me away.
- And many times when I get some one or something to my mind as a spesific prayer request, I deeply carry her/him/it until I see a breakthrough in that area.
On day I thought, how on earth Lord put me in this kind of situations and/or battles…
Why me, not someone another..?
As if Lord had reminded me…:
I have foreseen you when I called you.
This reminder really relieved me. Lord knew and knows. Our strenght and weakness. He knows – and loves.Tweet
Lets meditate Psalm 139:
O Lord, You have searched me and known me.
You know my sitting down and my rising up;
You understand my thought afar off.
You comprehend my path and my lying down,
And are acquainted with all my ways.
For there is not a word on my tongue,
But behold, O Lord, You know it altogether.
You have hedged me behind and before,
And laid Your hand upon me.
Such knowledge is too wonderful for me–
It is high, I cannot attain it.
Where can I go from Your Spirit?
Or where can I flee from Your presence?
If I ascend into heaven, You are there;
If I make my bed in hell, behold, You are there.
If I take the wings of the morning,
And dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea,
Even there Your hand shall lead me,
And Your right hand shall hold me.
If I say, “Surely the darkness shall fall on me,”
Even the night shall be light about me;
Indeed, the darkness shall not hide from You,
But the night shines as the day;
The darkness and the light are both alike to You.
For You formed my inward parts;
You covered me in my mother’s womb.
I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
Marvelous are Your works,
And that my soul knows very well.
My frame was not hidden from You,
When I was made in secret,
And skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.
Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed.
And in Your book they all were written,
The days fashioned for me,
When as yet there were none of them.
How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God!
How great is the sum of them!
If I should count them, they would be more in number than the sand; When I awake, I am still with You.
… and an other example: Nathanael, in John 1
Nathanael said to Him, “How do You know me?”
Jesus answered and said to him, “Before Philip called you, when you were under the fig tree, I saw you.”
I saw you – before…
So did Jesus for you and me…
Before we met Jesus.
Or before we saw who Jesus is.
And besides on this…
HE LOVED US BEFORE… – HÄN RAKASTI MEITÄ ENNEN…
But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life. And not only that, but we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received the reconciliation.Rom 5: 8-11
And Jesus sees also our future in Him.
Nathanael answered and said to Him, “Rabbi, You are the Son of God! You are the King of Israel!”
Jesus answered and said to him, “Because I said to you, ‘I saw you under the fig tree,’ do you believe? You will see greater things than these.” And He said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, hereafter[j] you shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of Man.”
